The page lists exactly what is included and what is excluded. Deliberately excluded are things that are not your business records or are unsafe to export — Credentials & secrets, Access tokens, Session / auth state, Internal audit logs, Operational / queue state, Usage telemetry, Platform reference data, and derived artefacts such as AI search indexes and Biometric voiceprints. Payment records are available on request.
