What is WORM retention, and how do I set it?

WORM — write once, read many — means a record cannot be altered or deleted until its retention period expires.

Set it at Settings → Notetaker: Retention mode → Compliance (WORM), with presets for SEC 17a-4 and Rule 204-2, and a configurable Retention window. Choose your Regulatory regime (Broker-Dealer or investment adviser) so the correct preset applies.
