What information should I include in a bug report?

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• The exact page or URL.
• The date and time, and roughly how often it happens.
• The client or record involved, if it is specific to one.
• Your browser, and whether another browser behaves the same.
• A screen recording — by far the most useful thing you can attach.

Do not include passwords or full account numbers.
