What do the icons in the left navigation mean?

The sidebar is your main navigation:

• *Dashboard* — Your configurable home screen of cards
• *Email* — The integrated mailbox for your connected account
• *Texts* — Two-way SMS conversations with clients
• *Calendar* — Your synced calendar, in month, week or day view
• *Scheduler* — Bookable event types, booking links and routing forms
• *Notetaker* — Meeting recordings, transcripts, summaries and action items
• *Contacts* — Households, organizations and centers of influence
• *Opportunities* — The sales pipeline board
• *Clips* — Your async video library
• *Tasks* — Every task and multi-step workflow
• *Billing* — Client invoicing and revenue
• *Mission Control* — Firm-wide view of Virtual Assistant activity

Not every item appears for every user — some depend on your role and on which features your firm has enabled. Billing appears for Firm Principals, Admins and Advisors. Mission Control appears for Firm Principals and Admins.

Collapse or expand the sidebar with the control at its edge; collapsed, the icons remain with tooltips.
