What do I do when I get a portal invitation?

  1. Open the invitation email and click the link. You will see Checking your secure invitation…
  2. Under Choose how you'd like to sign in to your portal, pick Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or Continue with Email & Password.
  3. If you choose email and password, Create Password and confirm it. The Password Requirements checklist must be fully ticked — at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character, and the passwords must match.
  4. Click Create Account & Continue. Omega confirms Your account is ready.
  5. Two-factor authentication comes next — follow the prompts to finish securing your account.
