What compliance controls exist for texting?

Under Compliance in Settings → SMS / Texting:

Require Positive Consent — no outbound texts until the contact replies ACCEPT.
Supervisor Review Keywords — messages containing these keywords are flagged (⚑ Flagged) for review. If you try to send one, Omega warns Compliance risk detected and you must choose Send anyway.
Advisor Disclosure — shown to advisors before their first text send.
