Omega is slow or won't load — what should I check first?

Work through these in order:

1. Reload the page. Many transient issues clear immediately.
2. Hard-refresh to rule out a stale cached version — see below.
3. Check your connection, especially on VPN or hotel Wi-Fi.
4. Try another browser to establish whether it is browser-specific.
5. Disable browser extensions — ad blockers and privacy extensions frequently block parts of the app.
6. Sign out and back in to refresh your session.

If it persists, email support@omegafp.com with what you were doing, the page you were on, and the time it happened.
