How do I track professional referral relationships (COIs)?
- Create the professional as a Center of Influence contact — CPA / Accountant, Attorney, Alliance Partner, Coach and similar.
- On a client's record, open the COIs tab and link the professional: Connect a professional from your referral network to this household.
- Open the COI's own record and use its Linked Clients tab to see every client who came from them.
