How do I track a client's onboarding progress?

The Portal tab shows Onboarding Progress with Overall Progress and per-stage status — Not Started, In Progress, Completed — across stages such as Personal Information, Documents Phase, Document Review, Contract Signed and Billing Setup. Onboarding Completed marks the end.

Use Refresh status to update it.
