How do I record a client's important dates?
- Birth dates live on each person in the People card — open the person and set Birth Date. These feed the Birthdays dashboard card.
- Client Since and First Contact Date are fields on the contact record.
- Review cadence is set in months on the contact and drives review scheduling.
