How do I have the Notetaker join a meeting automatically?

Settings → Notetaker → Recording Settings:

1. Turn on Auto-record calendar meetings (firm-wide default).
2. Set Meeting join preference — Auto (recommended), External meetings only, or Manual only (never auto-join).
3. Optionally turn on Auto-record ad-hoc meetings.
4. Set Enable quiet hours if you do not want the bot joining outside working hours — Bot won't join meetings during quiet hours.

Your calendar must be connected for auto-join to work.
