How do I change how the bot appears in the meeting?

Settings → Notetaker: set the Bot display name (Name shown when the bot joins a meeting) and upload a Meeting tile logo. An In-meeting recording badge can be shown so attendees can see recording is active.

Role note: Only firm principals can change these settings. Others see Contact your firm principal to modify these settings.
